WHISTLEBLOWER FORM FOR REPORTING ILLEGAL CONDUCT
We inform you that your personal data and the information you provide as part of the reporting procedure will be processed to manage and follow up on your report, as well as to investigate any reported conduct and take the necessary measures in accordance with applicable law, including personal data protection regulations.
In accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937, regardless of the subject of the Report, everyone is always guaranteed the opportunity to submit Reports directly through the Gielle di Luigi Galantucci channel. Reports will be handled in accordance with Italian Whistleblowing legislation (Legislative Decree no. 24/2023).
Individuals falling into the following categories may report unlawful conduct:
– Organizational personnel (employees, managers, interns)
– Directors and/or members of corporate bodies
– Non-employee third parties (collaborators, consultants, third-party suppliers of products and/or services)
Please note that:
Reports must provide information useful for verifying and ascertaining the validity of the reported facts;
Relevant for the purposes of the Reports are, indicatively, the following:
– actions that may constitute crimes, offenses, or irregularities;
– behaviors that are detrimental to Gielle di Luigi Galantucci (as a whole) or to the public interest;
– actions that may harm the health and/or safety of shareholders, employees, third parties, and/or the environment;
Reports made with intent or gross negligence, or that prove to be false, unfounded, defamatory, or otherwise made with the sole purpose of harming Gielle di Luigi Galantucci, the Reported Person, or other parties affected by the report, expose the Reporter to civil and criminal liability.
Personal complaints are not eligible for reporting.
Anonymous reports may only be considered if adequately detailed and presented in great detail. Such reports may subsequently be supplemented with the Reporter’s personal details.
